- You come across a camp filled with those typical nasty barbarians. Unless you and your crew want to fight them head-on, where your victory is likely to happen (since, you know, it's an entire camp versus you and your small group), you decide that sneaking around is a better option. Still, you would feel better carrying weapons with you just in case. What sort of weaponry do you bring and why?
- Females in old Fantasyland tend to be typecast and limited with their weapons of choice. Lately, though, they are also able to wield swords, lances, polearms, daggers, and bows. What other types of weapons could they wield, and why do you think that is? If you have an example, by all means, give it!

extra credit 4 (30 points max)
Choose ONE (1) of the following options for Extra Credit:
A) Exotic Weaponry - I have only covered general types of weapons in the class and haven't gone into specifics. There are also numerous other kinds of weapons used within Fantasyland (and as I said, magic and Halflings are weapons in and of themselves). Choose another type of weapon and tell me about it. What makes it effective? Who usually uses it? What fantasy works have you seen this weapon used? 300 words minimum.
B) Weapon Listing - Some weapons are one of a kind due to the great skill it takes to design them. Swords and daggers are often distinguished by the inscription in their blades or the design of their handles. Same thing can be said for most other weapons that were custom-made for a particular person. Sketch your own design of a weapon. Send me a link to the uploaded image.
C) Typecast - Below are names of TEN (10) fictional characters in non-fantasy roles. If they were thrown into Fantasyland, what types of weapons do you think they would be most successful with? Briefly tell me why you think so. Worth 3 points each.
